Coffee and Weight Loss
Coffee is the most widely used stimulating hot drink in the world. In addition to the caffeine, which stimulates the blood circulation, thereby increases the body's temperature and accelerates the metabolism, it also contains antioxidants that protect the body from harmful substances. The proportion of the caffeine and antioxidants, however, differs in different types of coffee and ways of their preparation.
Instant coffee contains minimum of the substances beneficial for the body due to the influence of multi-processing. Coffee from ground roasted coffee beans has a higher proportion of beneficial substances, but the common addition of milk, cream and sugar in coffee reduces their effects. Green coffee, that is the coffee from green coffee beans, contains a lower proportion of caffeine, but has a higher content of antioxidants, particularly the content of chlorogenic acid. Chlorogenic acid helps to balance blood sugar by preventing glucose to be released in the body. This has a positive effect on the amount of energy, clarity of mind, hormonal function, detoxification and weight loss. Furthermore, this acid enhances the metabolic activity of the liver, resulting in the combustion of a greater quantity of fat. Moreover, this dual mechanism prevents absorption of fat, resulting in the creation of muscle mass.
Green coffee bean is therefore the most effective product for weight loss, which reliably burns fat while blocking consumed calories from being stored as fat. Green coffee is not only healthy, but it is also the coffee for weight reduction. Antioxidants contained in green coffee bean help neutralize harmful free radicals, which contributes significantly to the overall state of health, welfare and slim body. No other type of coffee has such beneficial effects on the body as green coffee. Roasting and other processing of the green coffee bean destroys its nutrients, that's why no other coffee can replace it.
